Presentations
For the past 8 years I’ve worked with TomorrowToday (Together with Graeme Codrington and Keith Coats we founded the business together). I make up part of the team that investigates and researches The New World of Work (where a new working environment meets a new kind of worker). From a TomorrowToday perspective I work with clients to help them understand this emerging new context exploring how best to respond. While I engage with clients as consultant, strategist and researcher, the majority of my work is delivered through Strategic Inputs (presentations) at conferences, break-aways, etc.
The areas I focus on include:
- Talent – exploring the War for Talent
- Social Media – it’s impact on how we’re connecting and communicating
- Generations – Exploring the different generational value systems at play in the work environment today
- Future Trends – looking at 5 trends accelerating the work around us
- Innovation – a practical look at innovation from real case studies and experience.
While I’m often is asked to customise my presentations around particular themes, here are the 4 strategic inputs that I most often deliver (please follow the links for a full summary of each one):
- Aftershock – What happens after what comes next (click here for more)
- Beyond the Hype – The true power of social media to connect, engage, disrupt and transform your business (click here for more)
- War of Two Wisdoms – Understanding and exploring the so-called War for Talent (click here for more)
- Mind the Gap – Understanding different generational value systems in the work place (click here for more)
